RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order or request a return, please contact us first. Return requests submitted without prior approval will not be accepted. Exchanges are not supported on our website.

  • Items must include all original packaging

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.

Return Costs & Refund Responsibility

  • Non-quality-related returns (e.g., change of mind): If the return is requested after the order has been shipped, the same cancellation policy applies. The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs (varies depending on product weight and actual carrier charges) plus a 20% cancellation fee based on the product price.
  • Quality-related issues (e.g., defective or damaged products): We will provide a refund for the product cost or offer replacement parts, depending on the specific case.

Order Cancellation

1. Orders that have not yet entered the shipping process can be canceled free of charge and fully refunded.
2. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will incur:

  • Round-trip shipping costs (varies depending on product weight and actual carrier charges)
  • A 20% cancellation fee based on the product price

Return Process

1. Please provide 5-10 clear photos or videos of the product for return review and approval.
2. Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it.
3. After inspection approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The processing time depends on your payment provider and typically takes 7 business days to reflect in your account.
