To ensure safe and secure delivery, our saunas are not pre-assembled. Each unit is shipped as precisely pre-cut and fully processed wooden panels and components, carefully packed in a sturdy wooden crate for maximum protection during transit.

You can choose the installation option that best suits your needs:

1. DIY Installation

Every sauna comes with clear, easy-to-follow assembly instructions. With basic tools, you can comfortably assemble the sauna yourself.


NOTE: For safety reasons, we recommend that all electrical connections be completed by a licensed electrician.

2. Professional Installation

If you prefer a worry-free experience, you may choose our professional installation service. Our experienced technicians will handle the entire installation process, ensuring your sauna is secure, safe, and ready to enjoy.

Standard vs. White Glove Installation Differences

Standard Installation (+$1600): Curbside delivery and assembly (customer moves unit to final location).

White Glove Installation (+$2200): Curbside delivery, in-home placement, assembly, and packaging removal (Installation team moves unit to final location).

NOTE: Please ensure hallways, doorways, stairs, and ceiling clearance are accessible before delivery.
